By subscribing to AI Gym, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription tiers, including monthly subscriptions and any additional credits or services purchased.
Why We Have This Policy
Our no-refund policy exists for several important reasons:
- Immediate Access to Resources: Upon subscription, you gain instant access to all training materials, automation tools, and premium content.
- AI Processing Costs: Our automation tools use AI services that incur real costs with each use, even during your trial or first month.
- Digital Nature of Services: Unlike physical products, digital services and training content cannot be "returned" once accessed.
Free Trial Period
We encourage all new users to take advantage of our 7-day free trial period. This gives you ample time to:
- Explore all 8 professional automation tools
- Complete several training modules
- Test the platform's features and functionality
- Determine if AI Gym meets your needs
You can cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without being charged. Simply cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges.
Cancellation Policy
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations can be processed through your account settings
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in your billing cycle
- Unused credits do not carry over and are not refundable
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
Important: Make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

In very rare and exceptional cases, we may consider providing account credits or other accommodations at our sole discretion. These situations might include:
- Prolonged service outages affecting multiple users
- Billing errors on our part
- Duplicate charges due to technical issues
Any such accommodations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a change to this refund policy. Account credits, if provided, can only be used toward future subscription payments and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Access to all services and content will be revoked
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount
- You may be permanently banned from creating new accounts
