Welcome to AI Gym, a service provided by Club Jam. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

AI Gym provides AI-powered automation tools and training resources, including:

• Daily AI training programs and learning paths
• 8 professional automation tools for content creation and business tasks
• Progress tracking and gamification features
• Access to the Club Jam Community on School

Services are provided on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers for Club Jam members and non-members.

Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or access our services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use the service to generate spam or misleading content

Pricing

• Subscription prices are clearly displayed on our pricing page
• Different pricing applies for Club Jam members and non-members
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before that time. Credit card information is required to start a free trial.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused credits.

Our Content

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and training materials, is the property of Club Jam or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated using our AI tools may be subject to the terms of service of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Jam and AI Gym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Club Jam, AI Gym, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or generate through the service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Club Jam operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
